Ritz cracker & corn flake encrusted grouper thumbs. Served with housemade tartar sauce.
Entrée On the Edge Tacos
Two flour tortillas stuffed with cabbage, mango salsa, cheddar cheese & cilantro sour cream. Served with yellow rice.
Entrée Shrimp Scampi
Tail-on shrimp sautéed in garlic butter and tossed with penne in a rich, creamy scampi sauce. Finished with fresh parsley and served with toasted garlic bread.
Sandwich Crunchy Snapper Sandwich
Ritz cracker & corn flake encrusted fried snapper topped with lettuce, tomato & onion. Served on a toasted brioche bun with tartar sauce.
